Sous Chefs

We are looking for some Sous Chefs for our venues. If you have any that might be a good fit, please send them through. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 2-3 years in a similar role and venue (high volume. Our venues do between 300-800 people per day per venue) • Experience in either Italian, Japanese, Spanish or Asian Fusion restaurants • Experience in leading large teams (in absence of Head Chef) on shift. These teams can be up to 15 chefs at a time (we have some big and busy kitchens). • Basic knife skills, food hygiene knowledge, stock control. • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays • NZ Citizen or Resident
