Restaurant Department Manager
About this job
Assis the restaurant manager in running the restaurant by running a specific department which is divided into 3 areas; People management, People Performance and Product and Equipment. Each of these areas are responsible for setting and maintaining KPI's while driving these standards through the staff on the floor. They are also responsible for ordering product, fixing and maintaining equipment, Hiring, Rostering and performance management. They are also expected to help on the floor by running shifts and helping with day to day operations.

Job Requirements
They would have to have completed the Restaurant department manager course with at least one stream PPM, CEC or PQM completed with a PCAP
