A National Park based employer is looking for a front of house team member either full-time/part-time or casual. You will be required to accurately and completely take food and beverage orders, efficiently serve food and beverages to customers and attend to customers' needs in a cafe. Process payments, if required. Ensure, under the guidance of the Cafe Manager, that a high and correct standard of service is maintained.

Your responsibilities in this role are as follows:

- Help manage and guide the day to day life of our cafe with positivity and flexible cooperation - Maintain a high and correct standard of coffee and hot beverage service. - Ensure that customers receive efficient and courteous service at all times. - Have a good knowledge of coffee and coffee beverages. - Take food and beverage orders and attend to cafe customer requests. - Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials. - Carry out any requests by the Cafe Manager or delegate deputy. - Work with kitchen staff to process and expedite food orders. - Maintain and keep clean cafe equipment, tables, crockery, cutlery and utensils. - Be fully conversant with establishment standards, operations and services and carry out duties to these standards. - Attend to all customer queries and requests courteously and efficiently and to establishment standards. - If requested, inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and clean restrooms when necessary. - Maintain good working relationships with fellow staff and manager. - Maintain a positive relationship between kitchen and cafe service staff. - Attend cafe staff meetings.

Technical skills required are: - A minimum of 1 year working in a restaurant or cafe. - Knowledge of POS systems - Customer service skills - Numeracy skills

Some experience required, must have reliable transport to get to work in National Park.
