Responsibilities: Our aim is to support people to live as independently as possible, for as long as possible and to maintain their independence regardless of age, injury, illness or disability. Safely, efficiently, and effectively deliver care by prioritizing and attending to residents' needs, including showering, dressing, grooming, mobility support, eating/feeding, medicating, and toileting. Adhere to duty schedules and the Nursing Procedure Manual, seeking assistance in difficult care delivery situations when necessary. Provide input and actively participate in the planning and delivery of care for residents, considering individual needs and preferences. Job Requirements
Additional Information • Must pass police vetting checks • Need to have their Own Vehicle • Full or restricted driver licence • Must be available to work between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with breaks scheduled during this time. • Availability on alternate weekends is required. 15-25 hours guaranteed per week
