Employer in Mt Albert is looking Marketing and Admin Assistant who can provide administrative and logistical support for the salon, manage task like scheduling, organize documents and assist with marketing campaigns along with salon errands and other general duties as and when required. Successful candidate will be able to provide: Administrative Support: • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital. • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. • Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing materials. • Assist with expense reporting and invoicing. Marketing Support: • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. • Support social media activities, including content creation and scheduling. • Assist with event planning and logistics. • Gather data on campaign success and create reports. • Liaise with printers and other vendors. Job Requirements

Must have: Skills and Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Knowledge of social media platforms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus. Must pass drug and police check.
