This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position plays a significant role within the retail store teams. The CSR is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service at all times, in a fast paced retail environment, ensuring our customers have a first rate experience when coming into our stores. You will be someone who enjoys keeping busy and gets stuck in to get the job done. You will care about people – your teammates and customers. In fact, it is your friendly approach and bright personality that keeps customers coming back. As a CSR, you’ll spend a lot of time on your feet keeping shelves stocked, serving customers, making delicious coffees and food, running the till, and keeping the store, forecourt and bathrooms clean and tidy - because you know it’s the little details that add up to a great customer experience.
Job Requirements
Customer Focused •Ability to work independently and without supervision •Ability to multitask and prioritise •Basic computer and internet use skills •Ability to work effectively in a team •Good communication and interpersonal skills •Good positive attitude •Ability to stand, operate the Point of Sale and move around on feet for a period up to 8 hours •Ability to lift goods •Ability to handle food and comply with Food Safety Legislation
Drug testing maybe carried out randomly if required. Candidates with criminal convictions will not be considered.
- Days of work
- Shifts will be a min of 3 hrs across a 7 day roster incl Sat and Sun. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 4.30am - 10pm. (20 hours per week)
