Pizza Preparation: Prepare and cook Neapolitan-style pizzas in a commercial oven. Make, stretch, and manage dough for pizzas. Prepare and portion toppings, including meats, vegetables, cheeses, and herbs. Manage and fulfil pizza orders in a timely manner. Check pizzas for quality, presentation, and temperature. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients as needed. Ensure oven, mixers, and other equipment are in good working condition. Assist other kitchen staff with tasks and orders. Interact with customers, answer questions, and handle complaints. Assist in creating new pizza recipes or menu items. Prepare pizzas for large events or catering orders. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Work with other staff to ensure seamless operations between restaurant and food truck. 6 months relevant experience.

Able to work Rostered Shifts and 6 months relevant experience is preferred
