Hornby: Fast-growing recycling company specialising in glass recovery. We are looking for a motivated Process Worker to join our team at our Hornby facility.

About the Role: As a Process Worker, you’ll be part of a small, hands-on team covering all aspects of the production process. This is a physically active role, so being fit and ready to work is essential.

What We’re Looking For: - Strong health and safety awareness Experience working in/around a factory environment with heavy machines - Forklift OSH and WTR endorsements (or willingness to obtain) - Experienced in Maintenance/Mechanical roles in the past like general maintenance as involving some welding or replacing parts - Commitment to exceptional customer service - Adaptability and ability to handle changing tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Team player with a flexible approach to work hours and days - Eager to learn new skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Reliable with own transport.

Job Requirements

- Must have Reliable transport, restricted licence. - Proven Maintenance/Mechanical experience. - Forklift OSH and WTR endorsements (or willingness to obtain). - Physically fit. - Candidate must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and provide proof that they are eligible to work in New Zealand. - Employer is willing to consider someone with some minor criminal convictions . This is on a case-by-case basis. But applicant MUST be honest about the convictions.

Days of work
Mon - Fri 7:00am to 4:00pm. This position also be required to work shift hours approximately three weeks out of every seven. (40 hours per week)
