Catering Dispatch Assistant
About this job
Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of catering orders to corporate and school clients. Ensure all products and packages meet quality standards before dispatch. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and dispatch schedules. Check and verify order accuracy against production sheets and invoices. Implement allergen management protocols to prevent cross-contamination. Work closely with the kitchen and logistics teams to streamline operations. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain proper inventory management. Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including MPI and HACCP standards. Assist in general catering production duties including packing when needed.
Job Requirements
Entry level 6 months - 2 years and high school /College, certificates

- Monday to Friday - 5am to 1pm (30 hours per week)
