Kiwifruit picking
About this job
Kiwifruit contracting company looking for pickers able to work on Matakana Island till end of April and then the mainland Tepuna-Katikati area until end of harvest. Workers will travel to island from ferry in Omokoroa every morning and picked up by bus to travel to orchards and back again at end of day to catch ferry. Ferry paid for and will be paid for this travel time. You will need own transport to get to Ferry in the morning so ideally looking for workers living in Omokoroa. All gear supplied and training offered. Piece rates offered (more the team picks the more money) but guaranteed min hourly rate paid regardless of production. Must be physically fit and able to get to ferry in Omokoroa in the mornings.
