Parts Consultant

Engaging with customers in store, over the phone and by e-mail. • Identifying, promoting and selling product solutions to our customers’ needs. • Supplying our workshop technicians with parts required for servicing. • Effectively and efficiently completing associated documentation. • Adhering to relevant practices to ensure high health and safety standards at DNE.

1+ years’ experience in a Parts role (such as a consultant, advisor, or interpreter) in the agriculture, construction, or forestry industry. Alternatively, you’ll have relevant mechanical/technical expertise coupled with customer service experience. • Experience using IT solutions in daily activity, with an ability to pick up new systems quickly • Existing knowledge of the sales process of parts is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is essential.
