Auckland Council is looking for Community Wellbeing Graduate. Are you in your final year or a recent graduate eager to start your career in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? Our 2-year rotational Graduate Programme is designed to nurture talent and provide a platform for personal and professional development. By joining us, you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to a range of projects that contribute to Auckland's growth and sustainability. This role focuses on project management & delivery, analysis & insights, continuous improvement, and organisational learning & development. Your day-to-day work may involve:

Support and participate in continuous improvement programme of work, from design through to operational implementation. Collecting, processing and performing statistical analysis to support evidence-based decision-making. Contribute to project management activities for dept-wide initiatives. Connecting the work of Planning & Performance with local delivery across the Community Wellbeing network of staff and sites. Each rotation will provide a healthy mix of on-the-job learning, mentoring from experienced professionals and meaningful work. Job Requirements

We are looking for Graduates with good interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships. You will have excellent organisational, project management and communication skills. We welcome applications from graduates in the following disciplines: Business Management Mathematics Statistics Any STEM subject with a focus on building analytical competency To be eligible to apply, you must have the following: Minimum of a relevant Bachelor’s degree completed January 2024 – January 2026
