Desktop Support Engineer
About this job
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer who can provide high quality technical support.
Skills & Experience Required:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role. -Proven ability to support and implement Windows Infrastructure. -Intermediate knowledge of Windows Desktop OS and Microsoft 365. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and client service abilities. -High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. -A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
