CAREGIVER

We have an exciting opportunity to join a Retirement Village in Central Lower Hutt as a Caregiver.

You will be providing exceptional personal care for onsite residents which will include assisting with basics such as eating and drinking.

You will also maintain high standards of personal and professional hygiene.

In this role you will: • Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families. • Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care. • Work closely with and support your colleagues creating a great team environment. • Working as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residents

To be considered suitable for this role you will bring the following: • Applicants should have caregiving experience. • Must have great kindness, empathy, and compassion. • Must be well presented. • Must be able to pass MOJ and drug test. • Exceptional face to face customer service skills • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritise workload within a busy environment. • Availability to work rostered shifts including weekends.
