Duty Manager
About this job
• Promote in-store offers, advertisements and promotions • Organize and monitor inventory levels • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages • Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items • Prepare food items with the store staff • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus • Maintain Pizza Hut's product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards • Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services • Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service • Take feedback from the customers • Respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints • Ensure customer service standards are met • Perform delivery tasks when required • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift • Maintain and comply with Pizza Hut policies and procedure
Job Requirements
Should have at least 1 year of relevant experience. * Should have a valid driving license. * Should be able to pass drug test and Ministry of Justice check when required.
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday, in between 10am to 11:30 pm, roster 30 hours a week, Working on Weekends late. (30 hours per week)
