Set Dresser

We are searching for a Set Dresser to join our team to be responsible for dressing and fabricating props as necessary while maintaining the cleanliness of the set.

Main duties for Set Dressers include:

- Dressing new props as advised by the Set Decorator - Assist in research and development for future projects - Assistance when required to repair damaged props - Create new props as needed - Keep the Set Shed in an orderly and tidy manner, including equipment maintenance - Keep the Events Shed organized and clear of rubbish - Keep EBT/Second Breakfast/BTS props clean and ready for use - Assist in setting up Events

In order to be successful, you will need to have the following key attributes:

- Attention to detail - Fantastic work ethic, self-motivated with a positive attitude - Ability to work in all weather and temperature conditions - Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions - Ability to prioritise and manage time well - Keen to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - A full clean driver's license and reliable transport is a must due to our rural location - Able to pass a drug test and MOJ check Person Specifications:

- Fine Art Degree Preferred - Essential Skills: Set Dressing, Fabrication, Aging, Multidisciplinary Knowledge of Materials - 2 years art experience on cv (film, theatre, museum install, etc.) - Graphic Design Skills a bonus
