About You: • Must be physically fit, as some heavy lifting is required with stock. • Strong communication skills in English and being able to speak Vietnamese is not essential but an advantage • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential. basic cooking experience with Vietnamese cuisine is a plus. Further training will be provided for the right candidate. • A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Must be available for shift work; reliable transport is important. • A good communicator who is reliable and supports our small team. • Ability to multitask and carry out a range of kitchen duties.

Responsibilities: • Assist the head chef with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and marinating proteins. • Prepare and assemble fresh Banh Mi sandwiches and other menu items. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area. • Assist with cleaning duties, including mopping floors, sweeping, and washing dishes and kitchen equipment. • Help with stock rotations and inventory management. • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
