Vineyard and General Horticulture Labourer

This is a full-time, year-round position with a variety of responsibilities throughout the year. Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Vineyard tasks: • January to April: Bud rubbing, leaf plucking, bunch thinning, and hand harvesting. • May to September: Winter pruning, vine planting, vine training, grafting, budwood collection, running out wires, stone picking, and irrigation installation. • October to December: Tucking, netting, leaf plucking, debudding, and shoot thinning.
Horticulture tasks: • January to April: Stone fruit and apple thinning and picking. • October to December: Vegetable planting, weeding, and continued stone fruit/apple thinning.

Job Requirements
Applicants must have the following: - Good hand to eye co-ordination - Physically fit and in a good state of health - Punctual and able to follow reasonable instructions - Health and safety conscious - Able to pass a drug test - Convictions considered on a case-by-case basis - At least 3 years of relevant experience - Up to date CV
