An Auckland based employer has Contact Centre vacancies. This is a great opportunity to join our energetic Contact Centre Sales team, using your enthusiasm and drive to deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of customers, with a strong focus on closing sales. You will be responsible for providing great customer care and converting sales leads to confirmed bookings through both inbound and outbound sales calls. Due to the needs of the business, this role will require you to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Saturday. To be successful you will need:
To be a hunter, with proven experience and a passion for sales A minimum of 2 years' experience working within customer service roles To be someone who enjoys working towards and exceeding sales targets To be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced call centre environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate or above computer literacy
