We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team on a part time basis, with the potential for a full-time position. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and experienced landscapers (3+ years) who are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

About the Role: As a Landscaper, you will work on a variety of residential and commercial properties, providing both landscape construction and softscaping services. Projects range from routine maintenance services to design-to-completion installations.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with or lead landscape construction projects, including paving, retaining walls, garden beds, and irrigation systems. • Perform softscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, soil preparation, and garden installation. • Provide ongoing maintenance services, including pruning, weeding, fertilization, and seasonal plant care. • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery. • Follow project plans and ensure high-quality work standards. • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Job Requirements

Requirements: For Entry-Level Candidates: • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. • Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping is a plus.

For Experienced Candidates (3+ years): • Proven experience in landscape construction and softscaping. • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans. • Proficiency in using landscaping tools and machinery. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with clients and project management is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus): • Formal training or certification in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field. • White Card (for construction work). • Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
