Position Overview: We’re seeking a friendly, positive, and energetic individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. This position will involve preparing delicious coffee, serving food, handling customer bookings and payments, and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests—especially kids! You’ll also assist with keeping our space clean and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: • Coffee & Barista Skills: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, as well as hot and cold drinks. • Cooking & Food Prep: Assist with food preparation, including following recipes, working with a fryer, and performing basic cutting tasks for meal prep. • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, interact positively with customers, especially children, and create a welcoming atmosphere. • Booking & Payments: Use our software to process bookings, manage reservations, and handle customer payments. • Kids Activities: Ensure that kids enjoy their experience, from engaging with them in activities to ensuring they’re safe and entertained, including being comfortable with rides like bungy. • Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to cleaning protocols and ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic. • Teamwork: Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth operations and help out where needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in coffee preparation (Barista skills) this will be beneficial. • Ability to follow recipes and operate kitchen equipment (especially fryer). • Basic food preparation and cutting skills. Fast food experience is beneficial. • Comfortable using computer systems for booking, payments, and customer interactions. • Super friendly and approachable, especially when interacting with kids. • Comfortable with kids’ rides, such as bungy, and not afraid to get involved in fun activities. • Basic dance skills are a plus! • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. • Strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • A car and a full, valid driver’s license are required for this position. • Ability to pas a pre-employment Drug Test.

Days of work
5 Days - 8 am to 9pm varies depending on roster. Weekend work is Compulsory. (30 hours per week)
