Assist with any feed planning. Assist to manage weeds and pests to maintain pasture and crops Ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the milking process, including plant hygiene and somatic cell count to maintain grade free standards. Assist in operation of the effluent system on the farm to regional council compliance, requirements. Maintain appropriate records Assist with the maintenance of good animal health. Be proactive. Take care and consideration of all farm animals and animal welfare. Assist with lambing and the lamb rearing to achieve minimal losses and ensure high quality replacement. Ensure all flock records are maintained. Assist to manage repairs and maintenance schedule for all plant, machinery and infrastructure Be self- motivated, work as a member of a team and able to communicate effectively. Have a understanding of and interest in dairy sheep farm work and livestock handling. Actively participate in the team operation.

Job Requirements
