Field Quality Controller/Team Leader
About this job
Directing teams to ensure the quality control, The Production targets are met , Record of work, time sheets, Ensuring field facilities are meeting the hygiene standards, Ensuring the training and guidance, inductions for field staff, Supervise the field teams and other subordinate staff, To ensure the quality of the work is met, Ensuring the food hygiene and food safety guidelines, Monitoring fruit picking, and packing practices to identify quality concerns and taking corrective actions as necessary, Providing economic insight into disease eradication, Advising the company of pests and other diseases and measures to control them, Ensuring all staff are informed of health and safety rules and regulations Participate in company growth initiatives, Maintain the confidentiality of the company documentation, Develop and implement quality improvement services and systems, Maintain the highest level of service to customers, Evaluate the performance of orchard staff.
