About this job
A night time Manager for a Greymouth restaurant is required, to manage the store and staff. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including food preparation and service stations. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and slicers, safely and efficiently. Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Handle cash and process transactions accurately. You will need excellent customer service
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant management role preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for food and creativity in sandwich-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Rostered across 7 days. The hours and start time vary between 11 am to 9.15pm (30 hours per week)
