Indian Curry and Tandoori Chef

We are seeking a skilled Indian Curry & Tandoori Chef to prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and bread like naan and roti. The chef will be responsible for marinating meats and seafood using authentic spices and yogurt, as well as operating and maintaining the tandoor oven for grilling, roasting, and baking. Other duties include preparing fresh ingredients, chopping vegetables, grinding spices, and making pastes to ensure consistency in flavors and quality. The role also involves monitoring food stock, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. The chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food service. Experience in Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking is essential for this role.
Job Requirements
Have at least 2 - 4 years experience.
