Experienced Class 5 Truck Driver

Experienced truck Driver required for an East tamaki based business. The duties will include - Drive a heavy truck with goods,.Ensure safe and efficient collection and delivery of freight to commercial customers in a timely manner. Carefully maneuver vehicles into position for loading and unloading. Ensure your vehicle is loaded safely and correctly. Use lifting and tipping devices to assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles. Make regular quality checks of vehicles at routine intervals to ensure they can be driven safely. Check the condition of the load, search for any faults, and ensure that the truck is properly secured. Collect and verify delivery instructions and plan routes to meet delivery schedules. Report defects, accidents, or violations. A high level of professionalism/customer service is required. Complete duties whilst adhering to Health and Safety Protocols

Job pre-requisites: • At least one year relevant experience. • Valid class 4 or class 2 Driver Licence. • Eye for details and customer orientated. • Being physically fit and hardworking. Hold a Medium rigid vehicle licence, Class 4 - Heavy rigid vehicle licence
