Meal Kit Production Line Coordinators

We’re looking for a Production Operations Coordinator to ensure meal kit packing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to making sure customers receive high-quality, well-packed meal kits on time.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure a seamless packing process - Coordinate workflows for staff picking and packing meal kit boxes - Monitor stock levels and ingredient availability to prevent disruptions - Troubleshoot any issues on the production floor to keep things moving - Work closely with team leaders to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality - Maintain health & safety standards to create a great working environment

What We’re Looking For: - Experience in production, warehouse, or logistics coordination (meal kit experience a plus!) - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail

***This is a CHILLED production area. Applicants must be comfortable working at lower temps throughout the shift***

- Strong production environment experience. - Experience with safe warehouse procedures. - Valid driver’s license preferred. - Forklift/Reach license ideal but not a mandatory. - Strong communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to take intake and receipt. of large stock orders. - Experience or ability to work in a chilled environment. - Clear MOJ and ability to pass pre employment drug and alcohol test.
