About this job
Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Able to work quickly and to a high level of quality. A willingness to learn new procedures and processes with great attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills. We are seeking a part-time efficient, energetic administrator with a positive attitude and the motivation to really make a difference. You will be a vital part of our staff team and will often be the first point of contact for our students, clients, and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be skilled at making people feel at ease. You’ll also show great initiative, attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a full driver’s licence. This position is 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday. We can offer flexibility around hours with the right candidate.
Job Requirements
Seeking an Office Administrator with excellent customer service skills who can greet visitors, take phone calls and manage enquiries. Maintain appointment schedules, reporting and analysing and database management. General office duties, managing purchase orders such as stationery, uniforms.
