About this job

We are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Administrator to join our fantastic team! The role is much more than just Administration. By becoming a member of our team, you will be contributing towards the building of our communities! The job entails: • Responding to multiple phone calls, emails and enquiries • Working in a team of 4, while also liaising with the larger construction company as required • Liaising with staff and external parties • Checking and ordering equipment and supplies • Greeting clients, making appointments • Invoicing and receipting • Scanning and data entry, typing of documents • Monitoring the waiting room • Records management • Maintaining a clean / tidy space, updating stock and more

This will be fixed term three-month full-time work initially, with plans to turn to permanent for the right person!

Job Requirements

You will need to: • Administration/Reception experience is highly preferred • Excellent Customer service experience • Sound Computer skills – Confidence in Word and Excel • Be able to drive to work – No public transport to Seaview site • Supportive and comfortable with people from different backgrounds • An excellent oral and written communicator • Accurate with spelling and grammar and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Honest and reliable, with impeccable ethical standards • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • A good team player and happy to pause work and support colleagues as required • Friendly and approachable • Must be able to pass MOJ and Police checks • Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol tests

Monday- Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay Details
Depending on experience - Minimum starting rate of $27.80
