Concrete Labourer

Base Up Contracting is a progressive New Zealand owned contracting provider supplying a large range of services and expertise to the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, allowing us to be the go-to, one-stop-shop for all foundation, concrete, earthworks and landscape services. About the position: Located in Tauranga, this position is 45 hours per week worked Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend work as and when required. On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include: • Assist in the construction of various concrete structures, including floors, driveways, and patios. • Setting up formwork and laying out the area as per plans. • Assist in ensuring all job sites meet or exceed company standards and client expectations with regards to safety and tidiness. • Upload detailed notes and relevant photos in Buildertrend for job management purposes. About you: You will be a team player with an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and preferably experience finishing concrete work to a high standard, however no formal qualification or working experience is required. Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority, so as part of our pre-employment process, we conduct a Ministry of Justice Criminal History check, a drug test, and require a clean driver’s licence.
