Site Supervisor / Cleaner

Employer is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team based at Western Spring. This is a hands- on, combining team leadership and active participation in cleaning duties to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and meet expectations. The role will be split having a working Site Supervisor during the weekend, and cleaner providing cleaning services as part of the team during the weekdays. In addition to supervising and cleaning, you will also be responsible for any additional tasks set out by the client. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary equipment to ensure you can perform your duties safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe work environment. seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, great attention to detail, and good communication skills. Ideally, you would need to have some type of supervisory experience within commercial cleaning or a similar industry. Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on cleaning tasks as required Someone who is physical fit as its key to the role as it requires physical activity including, lifting bending, walking across large areas, and moving efficiently around the workspace.
