Work for a family-owned business that has been operating out of Matamata for 25+ years, offering complete land maintenance and development options to the Waikato and BOP regions. Daily tasks involved in the role:
Analysing mobile plant prestart checks Create faults report for Workshop Manager Ordering parts Receiving parts Reconcile order numbers with invoices Schedule WOF and external services (may include rearranging vehicle allocations to suit) Schedule internal services with mechanics Monitoring and purchasing of RUC and distributing to vehicle drivers Collection and delivery to sites (as required) Update and audit hazardous substance register
Over time work available sometimes.
Job Requirements
• Must be able to pass MOJ • Must be able to pass Drug test • Full class 1 licence • Parts experience, preferably in the heavy machinery industry • Computer literacy including: - Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Outlook - Internet search - Xero (training given)

- Monday-Friday 8.00-4.30 (flexible) Over time work available sometimes. 35 to 45+ hours per week (35 hours per week)
