Operations Assistant

Are you living in Waiheke and are interested in becoming an Operations Assistant? Duties include but are not limited to; • Assist with scheduling and dispatching rental vehicles. • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and maintained for customer use. • Monitor and report vehicle servicing, repairs, and registration renewals. • Handle customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms. • Process rental agreements, payments, and deposits. • Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional manner. • Maintain accurate records of bookings, vehicle availability, and customer transactions. • Process invoices and liaise with accounts for payments and refunds. • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. • Coordinate with ferry and transport services for off-island rentals. • Upsell rental packages, insurance, and additional services. • Ensure vehicles meet safety and roadworthiness standards.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or Level 4 qualification • Full Class 1 Driver's License with clean driving history • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. • Strong customer service skills. • Availability to work on weekends • Basic Mechanical Knowledge • Self-motivated and a passionate individual • Hardworking individuals • Multi-tasker
