Prepare, cook, and present meals according to recipes or menu specifications - Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and to high quality standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas - Follow health and safety regulations, including food storage and hygiene practices - Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed - Collaborate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Job Requirements
Must have experience and knowledge of traditional Pahadi cuisine. Hours are rostered within the week. Start time is from 11am to late evening
