Admin Assistant/ Car Groomer Team Member

A Picton based branch is currently on the look-out for a keen, hardworking car grooming/ Customer service superstar.
Duties will include: vehicle grooming, vehicle relocation, managing bookings and general admin duties.
This is a permanent role with a minimum of 25 hours available per week.
What you'll be doing:
Providing efficient and friendly administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks
Greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Performing grooming services and detailing to our vehicles. Relocating vehicles.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Collaborating with the wider team to support the overall success of the business.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
-Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences -Basic administrative and data entry experience -Attention to detail -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues -A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks -Full License -Ability to pass a MOJ check
- Days of work
- 4-5 days per week. The business operates 7 days a week. Weekends required on a rostered basis. (25 hours per week)
