Parts and Accessories Manager Ensuring prompt and quality service Supervision and assisting staff responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services Training, evaluating and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock Searching lists of parts to identify part numbers, price and availability Stock control
Job Requirements
Strong mechanical understanding Experience in staff management At least 3 years experience in customer service At least 1 year staff management experience Strong Integrity Work well in a team Environment Strong Communication Skills Previous experience in the motorcycle industry

- Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm (42.5 hours per week)
