We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end international trade operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth import and export processes while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. The Export Operations Specialist will handle comprehensive documentation workflows, work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders for clearance, and utilize ERP and automation tools to optimize shipment tracking, compliance checks, and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Global Trade Coordination: Manage all aspects of import and export logistics, from shipment bookings to final delivery, ensuring real-time tracking and process optimization through advanced ERP platforms.
Customs Clearance Optimization: Collaborate with customs brokers to expedite goods clearance, utilizing automation tools for error-free documentation submissions and regulatory compliance.
Advanced Documentation Management: Prepare, validate, and maintain essential trade documents (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin), using ERP-integrated automation for workflow efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with evolving international trade policies, tariffs, and export controls for India and Australia. Use automation tools to perform real-time regulatory checks.
Proactive Shipment Monitoring: Leverage digital tracking systems to monitor shipment progress, manage deviations, and resolve any disruptions to ensure on-time delivery.
Cost Optimization and Financial Oversight: Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure financial accuracy. Utilize data insights to control costs and improve budgeting efficiency.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in export operations or logistics. - Expertise in customs clearance procedures and knowledge of HS Codes. - Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., monday.com) and automation tools for trade and compliance. - In-depth understanding of customs procedures, international trade regulations, and tariff structures for India and Australia. - Strong problem-solving skills to address shipment delays, regulatory challenges, and operational inefficiencies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipment tracking platforms. - Willingness to travel across cities for material inspections and customs procedures as required. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Punctual and flexible, willing to work overtime or weekends when necessary.

- Days of work
- A minimum of 32 hours per week with a 5-day workweek. Some weekend shifts may be necessary to meet shipment deadlines. (40 hours per week)
