Storeperson

Experienced Storeperson required by a Nelson business. Duties: receive, check, and store incoming stock efficiently. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. Ensure warehouse and storage areas are kept clean and organized. Assist in stocktaking and reporting on inventory levels. Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.

A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a store person or warehouse role. Strong understanding of stock management and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of daily tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required. A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. Basic computer skills for inventory management and stock tracking.
