Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated General Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment across various areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, be able to work independently or within a team, and follow health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. - Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. - Empty trash bins and replace liners as required. - Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms and kitchens. - Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. - Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent hazards and ensure a safe working environment. - Report any maintenance issues or damages to management immediately. - Adhere to company policies, cleaning schedules, and procedures.

(Please note that there are two positions available at two different locations: Greytown and Martinborough. The hours for Position 1 are negotiable between 12 AM and 8 AM, and for Position 2, between 5 PM and 8 AM. If you are the ideal candidate, you may be asked to work at both locations.)

To be considered you must:

- Pass an MOJ check. - Hold a full license with your own reliable vehicle. - Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong time management skills and attention to detail. - Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is a plus. - Reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
