We are looking for someone to be involved in the smooth operation of Trade business and truly understand our customers’ requirements. This role requires: • Drive Through and Yard operations expertise • Customer relationships • Stock Control • Supplier relationship management • Margin maintenance • Ability to "buy right." • Freight cost and recovery • Ability to optimize Trade functions. • Superior man management As a large trade business there are a variety of daily functions that need to be monitored and managed to make sure we are delivering the best customer experience possible, and this will be a core part of this role. Being part of a large store, the role also interacts with our retail business and customers, so a strong customer service focus is integral to success.
