About the role * You will deliver exceptional customer service, fostering member satisfaction and brand loyalty * You will ensure our members maximize the value of their insurance products by efficiently resolving inquiries and processing policy changes * You will practice continuous improvement, keeping up to date with your knowledge around changes in policy, product, and processes * Accurately record and manage inquiry details using our systems
About you-
* Customer Service / Call Centre experience * You are customer focussed and love helping people * You have a positive outlook with a growth mindset * You have great communication skills and a friendly manner * You are resilient and self-aware * You will be self-motivated to reach your goals * You will pass all pre employment checks
This is a full time permanent position with working hours - 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
