Butcher Shop supervisor
About this job
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the shop to ensure that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and service • Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate actions • Taking regular inventory of goods and ordering new stocks to ensure stock levels are maintained • Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed • Ensures revenue matches the recorded sales to maintain accurate financial records and prevent losses • Implement strategies to attract local customers and increase sales • On special, occasions of Eid engage with the community to attract relevant customers • Operating and maintaining butchery machinery (mincer, bandsaw, vacuum pack machines) • Handling customer complaints and issues • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards

Experience required Trainee / Apprentice (0-6 months) Minimum qualifications Certificates / Apprenticeships Tuesday to Sunday 10.30am to 05.00pm
