Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Site Cadet to assist in the daily operations of a building project. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager (PM) in handling orders, managing site security, and coordinating various tasks to ensure the smooth progress of construction activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, punctuality, and the ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager in handling and tracking orders, deliveries, and site documentation. • Ensure the site is securely locked and safe at the end of each workday. • Support coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team. • Maintain accurate records and logs of site activities and orders. • Assist with general site administration and compliance with safety regulations. • Perform regular inspections and report any site issues to the Project Manager. • Adapt to multiple tasks, including material handling, physical labour, documentation control. • Ensure punctuality and reliability to meet project timelines and deadlines. • Maintain a professional attitude and work well within a team environment.

Job Requirements
• Previous experience in construction or a similar role is an advantage but not essential. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. • Willingness to adapt to various site tasks and responsibilities. • Knowledge of construction site safety procedures is a plus. • Physically fit and capable of working in an outdoor construction environment. • Valid driver's license preferred.
