Volunteer Co-Ordinator
About this job
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all areas of the Foodbank operated by volunteers are adequately staffed. This includes recruiting and training volunteers, maintaining the standard roster, and arranging cover for any gaps caused by sickness, holidays, or resignations. Additionally, the role involves creating rosters for special events, such as supermarket food drives. The Volunteer Coordinator will also work closely with Volunteer Wellington and the Foodbank team leaders.
A laptop and phone are required for this role.
