Busy Bar and Cafe in Glen Eden offer a great role for an experienced Supervisor to join their team.
As the Cafe/Bar supervisor, you will be assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service and driving the business forward. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining our high standards. Key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service, opening and closing the cafe, overseeing food and beverage preparation, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring health and safety compliance, assist in recruiting and training of staff, engaging with customers through social media and assist in attracting new customers.
You will need at least 12 months in a similar position supervising staff in a Cafe/Bar and also have some experience in making coffee.
Great role, but flexibility is the key as it is a rotating roster.
