Gisborne – Tractor & Forklift Drivers Wanted
An employer in Gisborne is seeking two Tractor Drivers and one Forklift Driver to join their team.
About the Role: Hours: 40–60 hours per week. Duties: Moving bins to designated areas and onto vehicles. Work Environment: Outdoor setting, requiring teamwork and reliability. To be successful, you must: Be reliable and flexible to work longer hours. Have no physical limitations and be comfortable lifting up to 20kg. Work well in a team environment. Have relevant experience and certification for your role:
Tractor Driver: Experience reversing and driving trailers. Forklift Driver: Valid OSH certificate, experience working on uneven ground, and loading onto trucks (4WD forklifts used). If this sounds like you, apply today!
Job Requirements
Have previous experience and hold a valid OSH certificate. Be physically fit—able to lift up to 20kg, regularly turn your head when reversing, and climb on/off equipment. Be reliable and able to get to work (no driver’s license required, but transport is necessary). Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Convictions are considered on a case-by-case basis (excluding sexual convictions or aggravated/aggressive behavioral convictions). Provide valid ID (Birth Certificate or Passport).
