Horticulture Technician

We are seeking reliable and physically fit Horticulture Technicians to join our family-owned and operated company. In this role, you will be responsible for picking apples and kiwifruit during the harvest season. You will also be tasked with ensuring the quality and care of the fruit while picking and performing general horticulture duties as needed. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.

Candidates must be physically fit, with no back, shoulder, or arm injuries, and should be prepared to stand for long periods throughout the day. You must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions and possess a positive attitude toward the job. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment. Candidates must be drug free. Convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must also have their own reliable transport to get to work everyday.
