Fast Food Cook

A shop located in Mangere is looking for a Fast food cook

In this role you will prepare and cook various fast food items according to company recipes and standards, Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively, Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality, assist in the training of new kitchen staff as needed, follow proper procedures for using kitchen equipment and maintaining a safe work environment, sterilize utensils and cooking equipment before each use, maintain proper temperature control of kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, fryers, and chillers. • Regularly clean food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, discard expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Excellent time management skills. Physically capable of standing for extended periods. Hardworking and passionate about the job. Keen attention to detail.
