You will need to be fit and healthy, happy to be on your feet all day, able to pass a drug test and have reliable means of getting to and from work, here is your chance to earn some good money. We are looking for pickers to initially pick our export crop, then have the option to continue into pruning, vine training, girdling and many other facets of the horticultural industry. Although experience is seen as beneficial, it is not essential. You will be carrying picking bags which, when full will weigh in the vicinity of 25kg as you work at head and shoulder height so a good level of fitness is required.
