Provide a professional and friendly welcome to guests during check-in and check out. Efficiently manage bookings with accurate data entry. Respond to guests requests, phone calls, and emails promptly and with solutions- focused approach. Process cashiering transactions with precision. Liase with other team members to ensure seamless operations and uphold health and safety protocols. Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as required. Head of housekeeping. Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly. Train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver top- tier service. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed ensuring housekeeping department is well stocked. Implement and monitor health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a housekeeping or hostel management role or similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient with RMS or similar property management systems and channel management software. Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and tasks. Commitment to outstanding guest service. Professional and friendly phone manner. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. No criminal history need to pass an MOJ Check and a drug test, role is Fixed Term till the end of April

Days of work
Rostered over 5 days 9.00am till 3pm. Some flexibility could be offered with times for the right candidate. (30 hours per week)
